Marietta High School to Host 'Looking Toward the Future Transition Fair'

Sponsored by the Cobb-Marietta-Douglas Interagency Council, this free event provides families, educators and community members with information to assist students/persons with disabilities.

Marietta High School (MHS) will host the annual Looking Toward the Future Transition Fair, Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Breakout sessions begin at 10 a.m.

“About 30 vendors are expected to participate in the fair. Breakout sessions will feature experts on Financial Planning, Social Security Benefits, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Respite Care, Medicaid Waivers, and many other transition-related services,” said Jack Coleman, MHS CTI Coordinator.
