"Our 'Bigs' are amazing mentors and role models to their 'Littles,' but they are still learning themselves," Marietta YELLS executive director Laura Keefe said in a press release. "Leadership coaches will empower our teens with the support, skills, and guidance to organize community events and workshops.

"Not only will each service project improve our community, but each of our teens will see that they can make a difference and will continue to do so throughout their lives," she said in the release.
