Superintendent Hosts Community Connections Session

Community Connections assists Marietta parents and community members in accessing services and support resources district-wide, and helps newcomers learn about the various programs, Choice Academies offerings and curriculum.

Marietta City Schools (MCS) Superintendent, Dr. Emily Lembeck, will host Community Connections on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.

The event at the YELLS After-school site (Building 2800) of Woodlands Park Apartments located at 861 Franklin Road in Marietta is free and open to the public. Spanish interpreter services and childcare are available.

β€œCommunity Connections is an information session for Marietta parents and community members to assist them in accessing services and support resources district-wide.

"The program also helps newcomers to Marietta learn about the various programs, Choice Academies offerings, curriculum, achievements and accomplishments at Marietta City Schools,” said Emily Lembeck, MCS Superintendent.
