will be celebrating and honoring the rich diversity of its students April 16 to 18 with various events, performances, programs and opportunities at its Marietta and North Metro campuses.

Since 2002, the college has held a yearly festival to celebrate and highlight the cultural diversity found among its student population. This year’s festival is free and open to the public.

“In our quest to help our students become global citizens, it’s an important concept for our students to understand the diversity in the world around them,” said Greg Moor, International Services and International Center Coordinator at Chattahoochee Technical College, in a press release. “A big part of that is making sure students know that it is good to be understanding and tolerant of other cultures through exposure and experiences like this. The festival helps bring that message home.”
