A playful approach to Yoga which intregrates songs and games with the introduction of breathing techniques, yoga postures, relaxation and meditation. Facilitated by Stuart Bachman, LMSW, Cobb County School District, your child will enjoy engaging in simple animated poses, games and exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. Yoga is offered by the Cobb County School District at no additional charge. Drop in play rates will be charged to non-members of Babies R Talking who wish to stay for open play after Yoga class. Space is limited to 6 children per class. Advance registration is required.
