"HONK!" - The Musical, Performances to Benefit "Angels Among Us Pet Rescue"

"HONK!" is a musical adaptation of the Hans Christian Anderson story of "The Ugly Duckling", incorporating a message of tolerance.  The play and lyrics are by Anthony Drewe and music is by George Stiles (of the British songwriting duo 'Stiles and Drewe').

Aimed primarily at children and their parents, the musical is set in the countryside and features "Ugly", a duckling who is rejected by everyone but his mother, Ida.  There is a sly tomcat who want to eat "Ugly" and other assorted barnyard creatures in this tale of love and acceptance.

There are three performances which will benefit Angels Rescue: Friday, November 11th at 8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12th, at 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 13th at 3:00 p.m.  There is also free parking provided at the Cobb County Civic Center for each performance.

When ordering tickets online, please write/type in the word "ANGELS" in the referring cast member line of the ticket order.  $2.00 of each ticket purchased this way will benefit AAUPR directly.
