Mo' Motown, Trolley Tours, Farmers Market on Tap for Weekend

Get ready to dance, sing and laugh with The Temptations, Gladys Knight & the Pips, the Jackson 5 and Smokey Robinson. at this weekend in . Showtimes are 8 p.m. July 5-7 and 2 p.m. on July 8. Tickets are $20, and seating is assigned.

"Scary-etta Tours"
Step aboard a trolley for a "spirited" 90-minute fully-narrated ride through Marietta. Learn the history of Marietta though the eyes of the dearly departed, and hear stories of the ghosts residing in the Kennesaw House and the story of the haunted Mary Meinert statue at the St. James Episcopal Cemetery. You can also walk around the Old City Cemetery and hear accounts of Marietta’s most famous ghost the "Lady in Black." The ride concludes with stories of local haunted houses and the apparition of a Union soldier who refuses to go quietly into the night.

The trolley tour is July 6 at 8 p.m., and walking tours will be offered July 5-7 at 8:30 p.m. The tour is $27 for adults, and $14 for children 12 and under. You can buy tickets online or call 770-425-1006 for reservations.

First Friday Art Walk
Head to the Marietta Square on July 6 for a free, self-guided tour of Marietta's eclectic art scene. Galleries, museums, cultural venues, restaurants and boutiques host artists within their businesses from 5-9 p.m. Look for an official Art Walk banner in the window to identify the participating venues. 

Marietta Square Farmers Market
Come out to the Marietta Square on Saturday morning and check out all the fruits and vegetables for sale at the . The market runs from 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday and also is open on Sunday from 12:30-3:30 p.m.

"B at the Movies" Free Family Outdoor Movie Series
Take your lawn chairs and blankets to and relax under the stars while watching a movie on a large inflatable screen. The movie being shown is to be determined. Come early for pre-show festivities and giveaways! The event is presented by B98.5 and Aldi.
