The Best of Broadway Musical Revue

The Best of Broadway is the first of this year’s Strand produced revues to have a two weekend run from Aug. 10 to 18.

The bright lights of Broadway are coming to Marietta Square in a high-energy musical revue of fast paced fun with knockout voices and jaw-dropping dancers performing the very best songs from the heart of the American theatre industry.

The Best of Broadway is the first of this year’s Strand produced revues to have a two weekend run from August 10-18.

Audiences will hear songs from musicals such as Oklahoma!, RENT, Footloose, The Wiz, Chicago, A Chorus Line and Dreamgirls, to name a few.  

“Where else can you enjoy song and dance from over forty of the most successful Broadway musicals and a cast of twenty-four talented performers for only $20? Nowhere but The Strand Theatre,” Director Earl Reece said.

The Best of Broadway opens its first weekend at The Strand Theatre August 10 and 11 at 8 p.m. with a Sunday matinee August 12 at 3 p.m.. The second week of the revue will take place August 16, 17 and 18 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 and assigned seating.

This is a fine example of freedom being too much to handle for some folks. The idiots who gave theRead More kid the gun should be jailed. Its obvious that a 5 year old should neither posses, nor handle a firearm period. Having said that I am a full supporter of the Second Amendment and the NRA. However we cannot measure the validity of the right to bear arms by using these idiot parents as a case study.
