Recycle That Bike

"Recycle That Bike" gives Cobb residents a chance at transportation that can help them get to work, run errands and stay in shape.

Lane Scheiblauer is an avid cyclist. He wanted to combine his love for bikes and give back to the community. After hearing a sermon at of Marietta about how each person can help others, he had an idea. That idea was "Recycle that Bike."

Lane and his friends decided to fix used and discarded bikes then donate them to the Elizabeth Inn, MUST Ministries’ emergency shelter.

People earn points toward a bike and when they have enough points, they receive the transportation that can help them get to work and run errands.
