East West Church is coming to the aid of a Barrow County boy who was critically injured in October when a tree limb fell on his head.
The Marietta church and the Austell Chick-fil-A are hosting a fundraiser for Tripp Halstead at the restaurant from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 27, according to 11Alive.
Not only will customers have an opportunity to donate directly to Halstead's family, Chick-fil-A will donate 20 percent of proceeds from sales to the family.
