Marietta Food Truck Rally

The Marietta Food Truck Rally takes place every Monday night, offering Cobb foodies a taste of the thriving urban street food scene. 

Every Monday night from 5 to 9 p.m. Harry’s Farmers Market – Marietta: 70 Powers Ferry Road Marietta, GA 30067

City Council Work Session

Marietta City Council will meet for committees and an agenda work session Wednesday, July 31 beginning at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council chamber located on the lobby level of City Hall, 205 Lawrence St.

Marietta Movie in the Park

A Movie in the Park is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 2 at Laurel Park, 151 Manning Rd., Marietta. The featured film will be "The Croods." 

Admission is free. Kids activities begin at 6 p.m. and the movie will start shortly after dark.

First Friday Art Walk 

Come out and "paint the town" at First Friday Art Walk, a burgeoning, eclectic art scene that is the perfect backdrop for an artful stroll. Held the first Friday of the month, through October, Art Walk is a free, self-guided tour to Marietta's diverse art scene.

Marietta Square art galleries, museums, cultural venues, restaurants and boutiques host artists within their stores and are open 5 p.m.-9 p.m.

Republican Breakfast

The Cobb County Republican Party headquarters on Saturday will host U.S. Senate candidates Phil Gingrey and Jack Kingston at its First Saturday Breakfast in Marietta.Click here to learn more about Saturday’s event.

"Jaws" at the Strand Theatre

Watch the classic ocean terror movie "Jaws" at the Strand Theatre in Marietta. The movie will be shown on Aug. 3 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 for seniors and students, and $9 for adults.
