wasted my time advertised 300 sqft on showcase.com and loopnet.com for over a month 8 9 sqft. When I got there she tried to tell me the space was 300 sqft and she forgot her tape measure.I walked it off.It was approx. 15X10. Very deceptive wanted $350.00 I offered 350 for both offices.She said he would not go that low both offices were less than 300 sqft
