I am giving Dr. Winston's office 1 star since it is not possible to give them 0. Like many others, my insurance company requires "prior authorization" from the doctor before they allow the pharmacy to fill the prescription... I called Dr. Winston's office to ask them to fill out the proper forms in order for me to get my prescription filled.. It's been 5 days, my pharmacy has faxed them 4 different times, and they STILL have not filled out the required forms. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had the same type of problem with the office staff. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Dr. Winston & WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone else.
