The city of Marietta completed infrastructure upgrades at City Hall, the police and fire departments and municipal court buildings, which is expected to save about $90,000 annually in energy, operations and maintenance costs. Trane, a global provider of indoor comfort systems and solutions, provided high-efficiency heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions combined with energy-saving advanced system controls for the upgrades. City leaders expect the infrastructure upgrades to save $71,000 in annual energy costs and reduce annual maintenance costs by $19,000.
