Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show; Thanks 4 Gobbling; GLOW at the Strand
Get out to the 27th Annual Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show, a Thanksgiving craft for kids, the film "Psycho" at the Strand Theatre, "Glow at the Strand" benefitting the Marietta Schools Foundation and more this weekend in Marietta.
1. Gem & Mineral Society’s 27th Annual Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show: Enjoy displays of fossils and minerals, free mineral ID classes and demonstrations at the Cobb Civic Center on Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Nov. 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rocks, gemstones, fossils, beads, jewelry and jewelry supplies will be available to view or buy. Have some fun with the kids at Thanks 4 Gobbling on Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Art Station, Big Shanty.
