Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from a best possible score of 100. A sample inspection form is attached. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points. Letter grades assigned are A for totals of 100 to 90 points, B for 89 to 80, C for 79 to 70, and U for less than 70. Healthier Options Come to Stevi B's

Stevi B’s Pizza introduced its new whole wheat pizza crust Wednesday.  The new whole wheat crust has over 50 percent more fiber than the traditional crust. In addition to ordering all of the Stevi B’s specialty pizzas on whole wheat, customers will also be able to request breadsticks, dessert pizzas or their own pizza creation on the new whole wheat crust. “For Stevi B’s Pizza, the addition of a healthier whole wheat crust was a natural evolution, building upon not only our commitment to customer customization but also our commitment to providing new healthier options,” said Allyson Smith, chief marketing officer for Stevi B’s Pizza, in a press release.
