Chicken Salad Chick to Open in Marietta

Chicken Salad Chick will open a new restaurant location in Providence Square on Roswell Road in March.

Chicken Salad Chick will open a new restaurant location in Providence Square at 4101 Roswell Rd, Suite 811, Marietta 30062.

“We are so excited to add this new location to the growing Chicken Salad Chick community throughout the Southeast,” said Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick, in a press release. “It has been such a blessing to have franchisees join in sharing the Chicken Salad Chick experience with their own communities.”

The Marietta restaurant, opening in March 2014, is owned by franchisees Tom and Cheryl Melton, Don and Carol Schrader, and Frank and Kay Lynne Mitchell.

The women of this group are all related to founder Stacy Brown. Their names are featured in three of the 15 flavors of Chicken Salad on the menu.

“I am so excited to be bringing the best chicken salad that can be found anywhere, to Marietta!” said owner Kay Lynne Mitchell in the release. “I have watched CSC grow as guests all over the southeast fall in love with the best chicken salad ever! I am sure this extraordinary product will be a huge hit with the residents of Marietta.”

“Kevin and I have been overwhelmed with the desire for people to find a home for Chicken Salad Chick in their own communities, and this location is particularly special because of how much these owners mean to us,” said Chicken Salad Chick Founder Stacy Brown in the release. “It is so encouraging that even our family wants to share our concept and passion with those in their area.”

Chicken Salad Chick puts an "edgy twist on a southern classic, offering customers a 'custom-fit' chicken salad experience, with 15 original flavors to choose from, as well as gourmet soups, flavorful side salads and freshly-baked desserts.
